It is a good idea, with regards to that, to try and make the home a happy, fun-filled place . One of the major difficulties there, of course, is that it can be hard to know exactly how to achieve that. In part, it depends on both your home and your children. Part of it is matching up styles in a way which everyone can appreciate. This is by no means easy - but it is worth it. Let’s have a look at some of the things you can do to bring a little more fun into the home.

Fun Recaps from 2014 trip to Disney World

This is in no way sponsored and is just a fun post I'm doing from my sister's 2014 trip to Disney World.
My last trip to Disney was in 2002 when I had a cheerleading competition, so it's been quite awhile and with having now 3 kids, it's hard to save up that much to be able to go out of state unless you save up for quite awhile. But, it's something I really want us to do by the time our youngest is 5 years old!
The best sign you'll see is the one entering into Disney World, where the magic begins!

As you know, Disney Junior has an adorable TV show called Doc McStuffins and she has a few DVDs out now, and the newest one is called Mobile Clinic which is fun to watch! And it includes a little purple Doc bag for kids! My daughter loves it. In Doc McStuffins Mobile Clinic DVD, ride with Doc and her trusty team as they rescue Dress-Up Daisy from a tree. Then, race to the park in time to help a wind-up mouse get back to doing fantastic flips. Get ready to get movin' with five amazing, song-filled episodes. Wherever adventure takes you, Doc's Mobile Clinic is your ticket to healthy, happy fun!

Kindergarten for my son

My son is 6 and he started kindergarten in August 2013. He really does love it and enjoys his teacher who is very sweet. He rides the bus to school every morning at 6:55am (too early if you ask me) and gets the bus from school to the daycare I work at after 2:30pm. On Fridays, his papa (my dad) goes to eat lunch with him at school and he LOVES that! I did until my hours at work changed and now I am unable to as my time starts at 11am. It's fun to see him interact with his friends at school though! He goes to the same elementary school that my mom went to as a kid, so that's pretty cool.
Food Lion Frugal Cookoff 2013: Blogger Event!

I was recommended as a local blogger to Food Lion for the event called Food Lion Frugal Cookoff 2013, here locally in Virginia where I live. It was a great 2 1/2 hours of fun with other bloggers. I had never attended an event before for blogging, so I was in for a nice surprise with the fun I had. I met 2 bloggers that I follow online and we got to talk for awhile and then I met my partner for the cookoff. We had a total time of 45 minutes to plan, prepare, shop, and cook our meal for the judges to taste. We placed third out of fourth! :)
