As you know, the holidays can be a busy and sometimes stressful time for parents. But, I was just so excited this year as it was our youngest's FIRST Christmas. She is 9 months old today and she wasn't sure what all the presents under the tree were for!
Below is a picture of the tree prior to Christmas morning as we don't bring out the gifts until 11:30pm or so on Christmas Eve night once our kids are all in bed asleep.
Shhhh.... Santa Claus came and was quite good to four children, this year.

Are your kids excited for Santa to come tonight?
I know mine are! Our daughter was given some 'Reindeer Food' for tonight, on their last day of school before Christmas break on Dec. 22, so we will be putting that out with them tonight!!

Normally, we don't have much of anything to do with Santa when it comes to Christmas as I never did Santa as a kid and I just never thought about it really. Well, over the past 3 years we decided to go ahead and leave presents unlabeled, and let our kids think it's from Santa.
They have fun with it, and we will be doing Reindeer food again this year. To make reindeer food, you will need a snack size bag, and add some sugar, oatmeal, and glitter into it. Take the kids outside before bedtime on Christmas Eve, and let them sprinkle it on the stairs and sidewalk.

We had a fun Christmas morning, and our kids surprisingly woke up around 7:40, not earlier. We don't do the Santa thing, but we do reindeer food, cookies and milk, and watch Christmas movies. There were some presents we didn't put from a name on which weren't meant to be "Santa" gifts, because we don't do them, but kids made up their own idea saying they are, but we didn't say ok or yes to it. Just let them enjoy the morning thinking what they wanted.
