When it comes to mental illness and addiction, there isn't enough awareness and support to those who need it most. This post is to share with you a blog that a friend of mine has that shares struggles.
Make sure that you subscribe to one of my friends owns the blog The Translations of A Recovered Addict, and it is a very deep but really good and encouraging blog of chapters she is writing and has written, about struggles in her life and overcoming those struggles and striving in recovery.
It is a great thing that she's doing with these chapters she has been and is writing that is helping to get the awareness and support out there for others who maybe struggling with their own addictions or mental illnesses, or mental health, and need to know that they are not alone and that there are others who can relate and that there is hope at the end of the tunnel, especially if they want to turn their lives around and make a difference in their own lives and the lives of other people around them too of course.
She also owns the Etsy shop Pounding Metal Breaking Glass, where she puts a lot of her time and efforts into with all of the really neat products that she creates, as well as paintings and much more. She has a lot of great art on the Etsy shop that she has listed and is VERY talented.
