Enjoying Summer with the Instant Pot Pro 8 Quart

*Disclaimer - I received the product in this post from Instant Pot, in order to facilitate this review.

Are you looking for a good meal to try this summer?

When it comes to making dinner, I have to make a decent amount due to us having seven people in our family! So, when I came across this Instant Pot Pro 8 Quart, I knew that it would be the perfect size that we would need for most of the meals that I end up making in general. You can buy this for just $134.99 on Amazon!

I decided that I was going to make a beef stew, with brisket and vegetables and onion in it for the first meal in it, and it turned out great! Everyone loved it, kids included which is a shocker as sometimes they don't like my beef stew meals.

I like how this one is made in general for the lid. It's easier to manage than ones that I have owned in the past, with smaller sizes for the Instant Pot. Of course you'll need to remove the white sticker from the release button prior to you cooking the food and pre-heating the IP.

Instructions for making this beef stew:

1. Turn on your Instant Pot Pro and put it on pressure cook high
2. Put the time on it for 60 minutes (1 hour)
3. Let it pre-heat with or without your food in it depending on what you choose to do
4. Add food to the Instant Pot Pro and water, and close the lid
5. Cook for 1 hour and enjoy!

Recipe for this:
- Beef brisket or beef roast
- 2 or 3 cups of water
- 2 cans of vegetables each (green beans, carrots)
- 1 diced onion
- 4 celery sticks diced

Enjoy!
