I have to say that this pan surprised me. It fit right in with the set I already had. It filled a void I didn’t realize was there. It slid right into place between the 2qt saucepan and the 6 qt pot. I never realized how often I was using the 6qt pot for a job that really didn’t need that large of a pan. I’m being completely honest when I say that I haven’t used the 6qt pot since I started using this one!
It’s lightweight enough that I don’t fear dropping it while moving it from burner to counter or table. On the other hand it’s heavyweight enough that it doesn’t feel like you’re cooking on aluminum. It also has amazing heat distribution! No hot spots, no cold spots. No burned on the bottom and warm in the middle. I use it pretty much every day now!

This is the grain I am most excited about. My mom used to make fresh bread from Oat Groats that she ground. I’m fairly certain that she would have sold her little toes for a grain mill like this one! The bread was absolutely the best bread I have ever eaten! I’m going to try to make some this weekend for my hubby for Father’s Day. I just got done grinding the Oat Grouts. The 29 oz bag is grouts made about 6 full cups of flour!!

This steaming tray from Lekue has got to be the handiest gadget I’ve ever used. It is so versatile. I’ve used it to steam carrots, green beans, asparagus, broccoli, and cauliflower.
Just put 2 tablespoons of water, whatever veggie you want and in just 5 minutes you have perfectly steamed goodness!! It’s definitely a major player in meal preparation in my house! I highly recommend this for anyone who is trying to eat healthier. It’s the perfect way to add fresh vegetables to any meal!
The final product I'm going to show you is for travel, not the kitchen and is great for plane rides, as well as car rides. It's known as a Multi-Way Pillow Wrap and is really comfortable and soft! I was suppose to have gone to Chicago to cover the 2019 Chicago Auto Show, but due to icy weather, I wasn't able to go.
