Not encouraging your kids to eat breakfast

It’s so important to ensure our kids are eating breakfast if you want them to be healthy. We know how easy it is for kids to refuse to eat breakfast before they go to school. But you need to encourage them to eat something as it’s the most important meal of the day.

Not making dentist appointments

Another mistake moms make when it comes to their family’s health is not making dentist appointments. Looking after your kid’s dental health is just as important as looking after the rest of their body.

Not making sure everyone is getting enough sleep

Another mistake moms make when it comes to their family’s health is not making sure everyone is getting enough sleep. You need to encourage them to head to bed early, even if they are early teens. When people don’t get enough sleep, they will lose concentration the next day meaning they won’t do so well at school. It can also cause health problems if your kids aren’t getting enough sleep.

Therefore, try and remove distractions from their room at night so they can get some proper shut-eye.
