This is much much smaller than I originally expected it to be so it'll be good for him to just hold as he wants to, because it's definitely not big enough to keep him warm. It is a size that would fit around a baby doll that is on the smaller side. The measurements of this Biga are 10" x 13" so it really is small in size. This is of course a handmade item, and was hand stitched and made from 100% organic pre-shrunk cotton knit and trimmed in the satin color of your choice.
