Baby Event 2015: Tommee Tippee - Bottles and Pacifiers

*Disclaimer - I received the products in this post from Tommee Tippee in order to facilitate this review for my readers.

Are you looking for some bottles that will help you be able to bottlefeed a nursed baby?

Tommee Tippee is a well known company for their breastfeeding products, including these bottles that I received for this review known as Closer to Nature 3x baby bottles. I love these as I use to work in a daycare and kids there used these, and now with our son he sometimes uses these as he has a night bottle of pumped milk. I'm not sure if it's fine to freeze these bottles as I've not tried to do so after pumping. These bottles are good for newborns and up.

The other products that I received are a set of 0 - 3 months pacifiers, and our son loves these! They have an odd shape to them, but he likes them a lot and uses them often. The ones I received are clear. These are shaped well for small mouths to suck on. I may end up buying several packs of these, because he seems to like them better. The pacifier has a hoop like thing on the pacifier at the bottom of it.

Baby Event 2015: Medela Breastfeeding Products

*Disclaimer - I received the products in this post from the popular company Medela in order to facilitate this review for my readers.

Medela has some awesome breastfeeding products, so it was hard to decide on which ones I'd need most.

I am due in June with my third child and my Medicaid is fully covering a Medela Pump In Style (double electric) Starter Kit for me shortly following delivery. I wanted to see about being able to review some other breastfeeding products that would be good to have while pumping / nursing. I've always heard that Medela is the best brand for breastfeeding products!

I am going to be pumping during the day as well as nursing him, to have milk to freeze to use for bottles at night so that my husband can help rotate feedings as he chooses to. I had previously bought some of the bottles for freezing, so these will definitely get used quite a bit.

The breastmilk feeding gift set can be found HERE and includes: three 5 oz bottles, nipples, collars, and caps, 20 pump and save bags, and six 2.7 oz mini bottles with lids.

The disposable nursing pads can be found HERE and I received 2 boxes of these, which include 30 count in each box.

The pump and save bags can be found HERE and I received 3 boxes of these, which include 20 count in each box.

Here's the products that I received:
- Breastmilk feeding gift set - bottles with lids (2 types) and nipples, and milk bags
- Disposable nursing pads - 2 boxes with 30 count
- Pump and save breastmilk bags - 3 boxes of 20 count

Baby Event 2015: MAM Baby - Bottles, Pacifiers, and Teether

*Disclaimer - I received the products in this post from MAM Baby in order to facilitate this review for my readers.

I've heard a lot of great things about MAM Baby products and can't wait to be able to use them for my baby.

I received these products to review for my Baby Event 2015, from MAM Baby. I am not sure just yet if we're having a boy or girl but if I find out it's a boy, the bottles will go to a friend of mine as she has a girl due in March. I received the anti-colic bottles in pink that come in a set of three. These are really good bottles as I have used the blue ones first hand when I worked in a local daycare infant room. The baby who was using them had a spit up issue and it helped with that quite a bit as well.

MAM, a world leader in innovating and developing top quality baby care products for over 35 years is pleased to announce MAM Anti-Colic Bottles have been named a recipient of a 2015 What to Expect.com “Moms Love-It” Award.  The WhatToExpect.com second annual "Moms Love-It" Awards, honors 40 of the best products for baby registries, as chosen by experienced moms from the What to Expect community.

The annual awards are based on the crowd-sourced baby registry "Moms Love-It" list hosted by WhatToExpect.com helps simplify an often overwhelming process as new parents navigate through aisles of baby products, many without any prior knowledge of the category. It also provides parents with much-needed help when building their dream baby registries, as they can create an online registry of WhatToExpect.com Moms Love-It favorites at Babies"R"Us® stores or online at BabiesRUs.com.

MAM’s Anti-Colic bottles are available in a 3-pack at Babies “R” Us at a recommended retail of $17.99, http://www.toysrus.com/product/index.jsp?productId=31719136&cp=2255957.2273447.11302016&parentPage=family.

Ideal for newborns, the innovative MAM Anti-Colic Bottle helps reduce the stress associated with newborn feedings.  Patented ventilation holes in the bottle’s base regulate the pressure balance of baby’s milk, allowing it to flow evenly without bubbles or air pockets for reduced gas and colic symptoms.

The bottle’s savvy design makes it a pleasure to use; wide openings at both ends allow for effortless filling and cleaning, and an innovative self-sterilizing feature lets busy parents sterilize an empty bottle in the microwave with a few simple steps.

For the full list of award winners, visit www.WhatToExpect.com/MomsLoveItList. Award-winning products can be found at Babies"R"Us stores nationwide and online at BabiesRUs.com, easily identified by the WhatToExpect.com "Moms Love-It" seal of approval.

I also received a bite and play toy / teether, which will come in handy when baby is teething and needs distracted. It rattles. I also got a 2 pack set of orange colored pacifiers that came with a pacifier holder, and a teether / pacifier holder in the color blue, as well as a mini teether in the color lime green. All of these are great products to own and I'm looking forward to trying them out in early June for some, and later 2015 for other products.

Baby Event 2015: Tommee Tippee - Pacifiers and Bottles

*Disclaimer - I received the products in this post from Tommee Tippee in order to facilitate this review for my readers.

I'm going to be nursing once I have this baby, but also storing milk and feeding by bottle, so these will come in handy sometimes! Do you love Tommee Tippee brand? You will now!

As you know I am due in early June, so I was thrilled when Tommee Tippee said that I could try some of their bottles to have for my Baby Event 2015, as well as 2 different types of pacifiers. These bottles are great, as I know first hand from previously working in the infant room of a local daycare facility that breastfed babies do pretty well with these types of bottles. I got them in green with cute design on each one. These are for ages 0 months and up, but the babies in the daycare that I cared for had these like bottles up until about 7 months old, so they can be used for quite some time and are very easy to clean / sterilize.

The pacifiers I received are 2 different designs, so I will show you the ones with the similar design of the bottles above that I received. These come in a set of two as you see below. One of them has a cute little gingerbread house on it and the other one has a stocking on it!

I also received a set of two pacifiers known as the everyday orthodontic pacifiers which are clear and are made for babies ages 0 - 6 months. These are for either gender as well. They will be easy to clean as are most pacifiers. Just rinse them off or boil them to sanitize them.
