Are you expecting and looking for an infant carseat for your little one?
I found out two weeks ago that a friend of mine is expecting twins, so I wanted to help her out with the big things that she's going to need for her little ones once they're here. I was blessed to be able to work with Combi USA for this featured review, and they sent two infant carseats for her to have for them.
Since I have a 4 month old still in an infant carseat, she was the one who helped with this post for seeing how well the carseat holds up. And, it works great. I really love how it has a bar at the bottom where baby's feet are at, which is an anti-rebound bar which stabilizes the infant seat by minimizing rotational forces in front and rear collisions. She fit comfortably in this carseat and had plenty of leg room to spare as well.
This is important for safety with a carseat which I have never had with a carseat with our kids. You can find the Shuttle infant carseat on the Combi website, for just $119 each. The nice thing about these carseats is that they're pretty lightweight to lift compared to other seats. They're by far lighter than the one we have for our 4 month old.
They picked up the carseats last night to take to their house so that they have them for once they've arrived, in August or earlier. They will fit great in their vehicle in the back seat. I like the color as well as the structure of these and know they will love using them for their babies first year, since these carseats are made to use between birth and 35 lbs, and up to 33 inches tall.
Another thing that is great about these infant carseats is that it has a one pull front harness adjuster, which is really convenient when your little one grows and you're needing to adjust the height of their straps to make them more comfortable in their carseat. This carseat is compatible with the Fold N Go Stroller.
