Are you looking for a safe car seat that has all you need for your child?
That's why I know that Evenflo has moms in mind when they made their SafeMax All in One Car Seat. The one I linked to is this purple one called Madalynn which is the one that I received for our youngest, but there are other colors available on the Evenflo website.
Our youngest is the one in this SafeMax car seat and she is about or is over 22 lbs now. She fits perfectly in this seat and loves it so far, and so do I! It's very sturdily made for little ones in mind. It seems a little on the large side, but it's not heavy at all which is one big reason I love it so much. Many car seats are so bulky it's hard to put them in and out of other vehicles as you need to, but this one is easy to pick up and install.
I love the headrest of this car seat and the straps of it are made to adjust to your little one's height, so of course it was initially on the newborn setting for the straps, and we had to sit our daughter in it so we could adjust the straps to where she needed them to be, and pull the one strap to tighten it to fit just right on her.
The Evenflo SafeMax All in One Car Seat didn't take long at all to install once I got my hand inside to pull the seatbelt buckle through to tighten it just right and click it in place. This seat has been Rollover tested to ensure the safety of the child using the seat. I really like that function of this particular car seat and have had my eye on it for a year or more now.
As you can see in the picture below, she fits snug and has plenty of growing room for her legs too. She loves her new car seat so far and uses the cup holders too, for snacks and her cup.
It took about 10 minutes or so to get everything ready for her to sit in her new seat and we were ready to go. I love the cup/snack holders that attach to the armrest of the car seat. It works great for her sippy cup or dry snacks.
I love how for the rear facing feature of this car seat, it reclines and has two other featured stages for how the seat can sit in your vehicle as your child gets to age 2 and up for forward facing in a seat as well.
This car seat has 3 modes in one seat and those are:
- Rear face a child from 5 - 40 lbs and is good for use in a child's height from 19 - 40 inches.
- Forward face a child from 22 - 65 lbs and is good for use in a child's height from 28 - 50 inches.
- Seat Belt Booster a child from 40 - 120 lbs and is good for use in a child's height from 44 - 57 inches.

This is the position we're using with our 14 1/2-month-old since she will still be rear facing for quite awhile yet.
The base fits perfectly in place on the seat of your vehicle and stays in place very well.
