Get Your Coffee on the Go with the Keurig K55 Coffee Maker

*Disclaimer - I received the products in this post from Keurig in order to facilitate this review for my readers.

Are you a big coffee drinker, but need a good brewer that is great for on the go?

I have been wanting a Keurig brewer for years, but never did until now. I was absolutely thrilled when I spoke with Keurig and found out that I was able to work with them for an Easter review of their Keurig K55 Coffee Maker , on my blog.

Below, you'll see the Keurig K55 Coffee Maker, before I put any K-Cup pods into it. You can buy this brewer for just $119.99! I plugged it in, and turned it on after I put water in the place on the side for water, and then it heated up.

The one type of coffee that we received to try are the flavor Green Mountain Coffee® Toasted Marshmallow Mocha. My husband enjoyed it, but said that I need to add milk and some sugar the next time he has some.

The other two flavors of K-Cup pods that we received to try out are Green Mountain Coffee® Island Coconut, which tastes really good too! I love the flavor of coconut with just about everything. The last flavor we received is Green Mountain Coffee® Summer Sunrise .

As you can see in the picture directly below, there is a fill line to where you can fill water to the max fill line, to be able to make your coffee or hot chocolate.

All you need to do is place the K-Cup pods in the appropriate slot below, and then once you place your mug or water bottle under it; be sure that you select the right cup size that you want for the K-Cup pods .

I love marshmallows, especially toasted ones so the smell of this coffee K-Cup pods was wonderful to have downstairs in the dining room! You will love this flavor too! It's great for winter time.

The key features of this brewer are:
- Brews coffee, tea and hot chocolate
- Has a removable 48 oz water reservoir
- Programmable auto-off feature
- Removable drip tray
- Has indicator lights
- Compatible with My K-Cup pods Reusable Coffee Filter

Being on the go in the mornings with kids to get them on the bus makes waiting 10 - 15 minutes for coffee, hot chocolate, etc impossible but with K-Cup pods your life is not put on hold by having to wait.

It's pretty fast to get the K-Cup pods ready and made into your coffee / drink; as in less than a minute! You can brew in cup sizes: 6 oz, 8 oz, or 10 oz.

They are quick and easy to use and the whole family can enjoy a nice cup before heading out the door. I love a good cup of hot cocoa, my husband loves Hazelnut coffee.

Of course, I had to try out the Swiss Miss Hot Cocoa K-Cup pods that was included in the variety pack, with the brewer. I absolutely loved it! It tastes great, but it's even better when you add some marshmallows to it!

  1. We have a Keurig too and we love it! We are a coffee loving family and having a Keurig allows every one to make their own cup of coffee according to their preference. Those little K-cups are packed with amazing flavor!

  3. I ADORE my Keurig. Now more than ever before. (I just moved to a rural town and we don't have any coffee shops open before work). I use mine 2-3 times a day!

  7. This is just so convenient in the morning. None of us has coffee at the same time so these individual brews are perfect.

  8. I love using my curate. I like how versatile it is I can just use it to get hot water for my tea or make a full-blown cuppa coffee.

  9. I so want a Keurig. I'm the only one in the house that drinks coffee and I usually end up wasting a lot of coffee using my drip machine.
