What week of pregnancy are we in now??

I went to the midwife this past week and usually I'm measuring at 1 1/2 - 2 weeks ahead than I am that current week. I was measuring 40 weeks, instead of 34 weeks! Crazy, I know! Our kids are VERY VERY excited for her to get here.
Our daughter is 8 and is already asking when we can go get her at the hospital. I'm like not until at least 37 1/2 weeks, hopefully so got 3 weeks until then.
The nurse had done the measurement with tape measure, and then the midwife was like "uh, I am gonna re-measure because that can't be right". So, she did and sure enough I am 34 weeks, measuring at 40 weeks lol.
At our 32 week ultrasound, she was measuring at 4 lbs 14 oz and in the 87th percentile which is big but good and healthy, and of course she's head down. I passed my 28 week glucose test with no issue, so there's no extra fluid or anything to cause her to be bigger.
I had just had an ultrasound for weight scan two weeks prior, so I asked if they needed to order one to do today and she said I should be good to wait til my next appt for that last ultrasound at 36 weeks. We know she is measuring big, but measuring like 5 weeks ahead is odd to me for sure.
I likely won't get past 37 1/2 weeks, since I have yet to with any of our kids but we'll see I guess. Our youngest was 8 1/2 lbs when he was born at 37 weeks 4 days and he did NOT measure big at all during my pregnancy with him, so I am a bit nervous to see how big she will be, knowing she is measuring big.
WOW! You are already almost at the end of your pregnancy. I remember when you announced it. It sure went fast to me, I wonder if your pregnancy went fast for you. What an exciting time.
