These are good for whether you don't leak much, but enough to need a nursing pad or have a constant leakage of milk like I did.
Stock up on about 5 - 10 pair total, so when you fill up leaking wise with milk in these nursing pads, all you have to do is toss them in the washing machine or laundry hamper and change into a new pair. Be sure to wash the ones that are "dirty" semi-quickly, so that they don't get a smell or anything.
