#PrayersForOrlando Coming Together for the State of Florida

There has been so much controversy over what has occurred in Orlando several days ago, at a popular Orlando nightclub known as Pulse, and of the three unrelated tragic events in general that occurred in Orlando this past week.

What everyone needs to do is PRAY for Orlando, not bash them and blame people.

As everyone already knows by now, there was a HORRIFIC shooting at a local Orlando nightclub known as Pulse the other night. The shooter is the only one to blame for this massacre, no one else. And unfortunately, he's not able to be held accountable for the 50 + innocent people that he shot and killed, because he himself is dead. The American Red Cross was accepting blood donations for certain blood types, to help out.

Life is full of uncertainties.

Orlando has been going through a horrible week, with the nightclub massacre, The Voice former contestant Christina Grimmie's shooting, and also a toddler who was attacked by an alligator.

Earlier in the week, I read about a former contestant from The Voice named Christina Grimmie and how she was shot after a concert, once again in Orlando. It's such a sad time for the residents of Orlando and even just the entire state really with so much occurring in one week's time.

Now, there was a 2 year old toddler who was attacked by an alligator at the Grand Floridian Resort in Orlando last night around 9pm, and was found dead this evening after many hours of searching for him. I can't even begin to imagine what his mother and father are going through right now. They are from Nebraska but were in Orlando on a family vacation when this tragedy happened to their family, and they ultimately lost their two year old son.

  1. There is way too much violence these days, but it isn't something new, just something more accessible to more stressed out folk who use weapons as an outlet for their frustrations and ideals to put out there as though it was a facebook status or something. It is getting out of control and people need to start trying to really come together to make things like this less, if not at all. Such a shame.

  3. Been a busy week here in Florida. It is all very distracting of every day stuff, especially living just an hour away. I keep getting sucked into all the news and reports. It is horrible, each incident alone and collectively. I will say that I am surprised and proud of how so many from all over have united.

  4. I am very sad for all this that happened. At least the gater was just being a gater. It was a tragedy for sure, but not an act of hate or lunacy. I'm a Florida Native and I can't believe all this is happening.

  7. This whole thing makes me sad. I lived in central Florida for years so it kills me to see the sadness taking over my former community
