I am always looking for brand new ways to get the kids sleeping for longer. I love them, but I also love a bit of me time with my BF and a glass of wine. What I have come to realise now that I am a mother is that I need to concentrate on my sleep patterns.
Because I don’t get much of it (shocker), I feel as if I need to capitalise on the sleep I do get while the little ones are in bed. And, I think that I’m not alone as all parents have to feel this way. That is why I have decided to do a post about sleep tips for mums and dads. After all, we need it just as much as they do at times!

My review of the Down Pillow:
The pillow I received from the amazing company called Pacific Coast is so beyond the word comfortable! I love down products and was absolutely thrilled when I got a yes to review the pillow. I have been looking for a good down pillow for a few years that would be a good fit for my sleeping needs, and found the perfect one! This duck feather pillow is very soft and is a Standard size and is semi- firm but fluffy to the touch. Its price is $99 and up, on their website and is well worth the money. Down pillows are great to have and will ensure a good night's sleep for you. This pillow won't shift away from your head, and provides an all night's sleep support. I am very happy with this pillow and highly recommend it to anyone who has been searching for a duck feather down pillow to use.
My review of the Down Comforter:
This comforter is so warm and comfortable to sleep on / under. I would recommend it more for the winter time as it's going to warm you up pretty quickly, but this is a great down comforter to get to keep you warm at night. It's very soft to the touch. I have always wanted to have a down comforter for my bed, but never was able to. I am very happy that I am able to work with Pacific Coast on a review for my Christmas Guide 2013. These are very high quality products and I highly recommend both the down pillow as well as the comforter. They'd make a great gift for family or yourself. It isn't too heay, but is pretty fluffy to the touch and is very warm, so if you tend to get cold at night, bundle up with this and you'll be good!

CVS: Collage Blanket

My experiences through the pick-up process at my local CVS:
I got a confirmation email originally after I placed the order with the $60 value coupon code that the PR rep gave to me, so that I could do the review of this collage blanket. I didn't realize that I needed to take that receipt with me to the store. I got to the store and they got my order and it rung as $63, and I explained to them that I review products for companies on my blog and that I got a code from CVS for the full value of the blanket and that the total on my receipt showed as $0. The lady told me to bring back the confirmation email and she will see what it says. So, I went back 10 minutes to my house to get the email printed and drove back to the store. It took them another 10 - 15 minutes to figure out what to do with the amount total vs what the email showed, and finally someone knew what to do with it and we went on our way home with the blanket.
My review of the collage blanket:
I opened the packaging and saw the blanket. It's cute in the picturing as a collage and background, but the blanket itself isn't at all what I thought it'd be like as far as soft material goes, to be able to sleep with it comfortably. It'll make a good wall blanket to look at the great pictures on it of course. Right now, my kids are rotating with who gets the blanket on what night. It is an awesome blanket in the aspect of collage pictures. I love how mine turned out. The price of this blanket is $60 on their website.
