Having Fun with Tik Tok

Our oldest daughter introduced me to Tik Tok a long time ago but isn't allowed to have an account so she helps me sometimes on mine for fun, but I never did much with it as I didn't understand how to use it. But, now we have fun with it and upload videos pretty often, and I meet other moms and such on there as well that I like to follow and comment back and forth with.

Breastfeeding in Public: 6 Months Later

So, I have written quite a bit about how people use to act or talk or just stare when nursing our youngest in public, with or without a cover. Well, I'm here writing my 6 month update on nursing while in public and how it is for us now.

How to Boost your Milk Supply for Breastfeeding

I never had a issue with milk supply with our kids, but I also never nursed them either. When our third was born, I had and have a great supply for breastfeeding, but not AS much for pumping. But, I found a solution for that by drinking Gatorade!

Baby Magic: Gentle baby lotion, Calming baby bath, and Calming baby lotion

*Disclaimer - I received the products in this post from Baby Magic in order to facilitate this review for my readers.

My review:
I received 3 gentle baby lotions, 2 calming baby baths, and 2 calming baby lotions. I have two friends who are having babies and can really use these and one friend who had her baby a month ago and these will be a big help to her. I have always loved Baby Magic products, as my children used them as babies and the calming bath always helped them to relax at night to settle for the evening. The gentle baby lotion is great for keeping baby's skin nice and soft as well as smelling fresh. The calming baby lotion is great if you'd rather use lotion in the evening instead of a bath at bedtime for your baby. You can find these items on their website as well as in Walmart stores. I always recommend Baby Magic to friends wanting an excellent baby lotion and calming lotions/bath for their babies. I have had no bad experiences with this brand and my own kids are now 5 and 6 years old. They stay true to their brand and are gentle on baby's skin. I even used the gentle baby lotion on my kids when they had occassional cradle cap as a younger baby before they got much hair. The prices of these products are very reasonable and well worth it for buying the best items!

Tommee Tippee: Closer to Nature manual breast pump

Review of this manual pump:
My best friend had her baby two days ago and last night, I went to the hospital to give her the pump because they only had them available right now for the NICU moms to use. It's a manual, so of course it's going to take awhile to pump an adequate amount of breast milk into the bottle, but it worked decent for her.

It's a good pump if you just need a manual hand pump for using at home, and you can order this one here. If you need a double electric like most people would prefer, then click here to see if it's the one you'd prefer. The price of the manual pump I received for my friend is $46.99 at Babies R Us or $39.99 at Target.

What's included with this manual pump:
- Soft touch flexible cup
- One 5 oz Closer to Nature feeding bottle
- 2 milk storage pots (containers)
- 6 disposable breast pads
- 1 microwave sterilizer box
