Recovery Music Campaign

Did you know that music can actually help in recovery process?

I personally have never had a issue with drugs, but I know a few people who have and it's a tough road to go on, according to them and that is why I am wanting to help out with this campaign and help the cause at hand, and they agree that music helps with recovery process in some ways as well as doing other activities such as running, journaling, and even community activities to stay busy! The Recovery Village of Ridgefield is a well known recovery center. With as rapidly as drugs are in PA, it's important to me to refer people to places to get help so I hope many will read this.

There is a drug treatment center but it is more known as a Florida drug rehab which is quite helpful to many many drug addicts that truly want help and to be fully clean! If you know someone who could use a lot of help, feel free to refer them to this rehab center in Florida to see if it's just what they need to get their life straightened out!

Personally, I like Christian music and hip hop sometimes as well. The few friends who use to deal with this said that the music that helped them was more punk-rock and hip hop that gave them the inspiration they needed to push forward and put that old life behind them for good! This is a great cause and I encourage you to spread the word to those who may need it.

  1. Music is so powerful! I've known of music being used with elderly patients but never as a frug rehab tool. It makes sense and I know it is used in treating various mental illnesses as well.
