I had been looking on the Hammacher website to try to find a good toddler toy for our youngest, who will be 19 months on Christmas. I came across this adorable full size dump truck called The Award Winning Dump Truck which is a great size for a toddler and will actually allow him or her to sit in the dump part of this vehicle.
Our youngest loves to ride on things and sit in things, so I knew this would be the best option to find for him this Christmas. I love how big it is in person, compared to online guessing the size. This dump truck is AWESOME from what I can see / tell so far. This will of course be his big gift under the Christmas tree, so he won't see it until Christmas morning.
This dump truck is built with steel axles and a large trough that accepts a child's favorite toys! This toy is BUILT to withstand up to 400 lbs, of pressure! How amazing is that? You have to see it in person to believe me. The dimmensions of this dump truck are: 13" L x 11 1/2" W x 9" H cargo bay (nearly 3/4' cu.) that can store blocks, action figures, balls, and more.
With large 6"-diameter plastic wheels that roll over sand, dirt, and gravel, driven by a child when holding onto the cargo bay's handle. This dump truck is made of sturdy plastic construction and primary colors. This toy is good for ages 1 and up!

My grandson is not old enough for that toy but I will get him one anyway. This dump truck looks like it will last a long time!

ReplyDeleteVery nice toy, perfect for a boy. My grandson had those when he was younger now I need to have another grandson to gift something like this again.
ReplyDeleteThat looks like it is going to be a favorite toy for many years to come. I have yet to meet a boy or a girl who don't love trucks--whether to drive them or to pull them along with all their belongings!
