Our older two children started potty training at 18 months. Our son was completely potty trained by 2 1/2 years old, and our daughter was completely potty trained by 2 years old. It was a challenge a little bit in the beginning, but evened out soon enough once they got the hang of it. If they went, they got 2 M&Ms. That was our rewards system persay, even though we had no chart. I plan on doing the same with our youngest at 18 months, potty training wise.
