All About the #Netflix Series, Fuller House

*Disclaimer - This is in no way sponsored and I'm not part of the Netflix Stream Team. All opinions are that of my own, from watching the show on Netflix.

Yes, I wanted to make a special blog post just about the new popular Netflix series, Fuller House. Are you ready?

A little bit of a background from Full House:
As a kid and teenager, I watched Full House a lot on ABC Family, so you could say that I grew up with the show when it came to Kimmy Gibbler, DJ Tanner, and Stephanie Tanner. It was Danny Tanner (their dad), Uncle Jessie, and Joey who raised the sisters as their mom died. Of course, DJ and Stephanie are sisters and Kimmy is the rowdy neighbor that annoys them, but, hey we all love them!

I was so excited when I heard that the former Full House cast minus Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen were going to be coming out with a new series, Fuller House. I love Netflix and wanted to be sure that I was able to watch at least some of it on February 26 when it became available at midnight.

I watched it at night when our kids went to bed, on February 26 and 27 and finished all 13 awesome episodes! Here comes the part that a lot of people don't understand; the original cast are now all adults, so why would they do a kid like show? They are grown ups and can make the show how they want to.

Yes, there are some scenes that are not for kids, but again it's not a kids show it's for those of us who grew up watching Full House. Stephanie is more like her Uncle Jessie and djs at bars, DJ is more like her dad Danny as she's a mother of 4 and her husband died so she's a single mom, and Kimmy is more like Joey where she's funny and outgoing but has serious parts of her too. Kimmy has a 15 year old daughter and DJ has 4 kids under 12. Stephanie has fertility issues in the show, so she doesn't have any kids, but loves DJs as her own.
